The Tailwind House

Tailwind House is a contemporary residence designed around the harmonious relationship between family living, pets, and nature. The home's material palette is anchored by warm timber wall panelling and architectural cladding, bringing texture, depth, and visual continuity throughout the interiors. A distinctive feature of the interior is the wine cellar integrated beneath the staircase, transforming an often-overlooked space into a functional and elegant design element. Complementing the interior are custom open-air suspended display shelves, which appear to float within the space, providing a platform for the owner to showcase curated objects, artwork, and personal collections while maintaining visual openness and preserving natural light throughout the home.
